I could be wrong on any of this, as I’m not an expert on that early of machines, though. It was a dot matrix printer that was parallel port attach. After the item ran the initial startup the item did not return back any errors. First thing it does is beep loudly at me my ears!

Anyway went by a Staples Depot, grabbed some dot matrix paper, and headed home. Here’s a link to a YouTube video of someone using the attached to an XT: So was at my local thrift store and found a IBM printer. Yea, thats what I was going by. It was not the same printer as the PCjr Compact printer which used thermal paper no ink ribbon and was attached via the serial port. Loaded it up, connected it to my old DOS comp, and it worked! I’d sell ya it if you’re interested.
